A plain-language front door

Veteran.org exists because the information already published about benefits is accurate and nearly unreadable. We rewrite it, keep it current, and point people to the organizations that can actually help.

Our mission

To make every veteran benefit as easy to understand as it is to earn. Free, current, and answerable to no one but the reader.

How we work

01

Say the thing first

Eligibility and next steps come before history and context. If a page cannot answer the question in its first paragraph, it gets rewritten.

02

Cite the source

Every claim links to the statute, VA manual section or form it comes from, so anyone can check our work.

03

Hand off honestly

When a case needs an accredited representative, we say so and name the free options first.
